Welcome to Rekindle Nigeria Homepage

“.. and the man dies in whom keeps silent in the face of tyranny and oppression...” Wole Soyinka.

Nigerians , we have nothing to lose but our chains of bondage. As long as we allow these so-called ‘leaders’ to ride us roughshod, and treat us like idiots, nothing will change in our country. Are we willing to allow our children and our children's children to continue to live like slaves in their own country while a handful feed off our commonwealth like leeches AND rub our faces in it?? If you want a better life for yourself in your own country, you have to DEMAND it, and tell our ‘leaders’ what is acceptable and what is not. This a web page that exists only to make our voices heard and organise us to ACT. Our Immediate Protest and DEMAND is for Electoral Reforms ahead of 2011 elections with TRUE INDEPENDENCE For INEC headed by a credible Nigerian with impeccable credentials in public life - or else we will take ACTION. Shifting REAL POWER back to the Nigerian people is the most essential FIRST STEP to liberation – Good Governance and accountability from which everything else will flow.

Please note that we are not a political party but we are deeply concerned about Nigeria.
