This Week's WHY ( $100 weekly prize money )

A Nigerian Judge declared that INEC was "...incompetent to conduct any election" Because.. "the constitution clearly states that Quorum should be made up of 5 members and not 4 as presently constituted" So WHY did the Candidates, their respective parties and INEC itself ignore this ruling, when it is almost inevitable that the Election result is likely to be contested in court afterwards, relying on the same judgement that was ignored in the first place? Is this not a sort of Political Rascality? And if so, should they not all be sanctioned, if we are to mature our democracy?
